Sierra

Professional Groomer

Originally from Charlotte but I found my way to the beautiful mountains in 2010. I began my grooming career in 2018 and haven’t looked back since. I'm both Fear Free and AKC certified! I feel privileged to spend my days doing what I love most, helping pets look and feel their best. While I have a passion for grooming all breeds, I have a special fondness for Australian shepherds - especially my own, Jasper!
When I’m not in the salon you can catch me out on the trail for a run or playing pickle ball!

Addison

Professional Groomer

A native of Hendersonville, Addison has been in the animal industry for six years; from shelters, grooming salons, doggy daycare, dog training, and pet sitting. She greets each dog like her new best friend, ready to work at their pace. She is gifted with the ability to read canine behavior and how to communicate with them. Partnered with her is Azula, a three-year-old German Shepard who is a source of light in her life. Azula accompanies her to work every day, earning tips in hugs and cuddles.

Agape

K9 Coordination Specialist

I moved here from Las Vegas in 2022 and have been working with animals for a little over three years. I'm the receptionist here at Something to Bark About. I absolutely love what I do and enjoy every wagging tail that comes through our doors. When I'm not booking appointments or cuddling a Pomeranian, you can probably find me shopping, sleeping, or styling it up with my friends. I'm excited to keep learning and growing as a groomer - especially when it comes to getting creative with fun colors and unique designs!

Grace

K9 Cleanliness Specialist

I’ve been super compassionate about animals ever since I could walk, nothing makes my heart more happy than being around them and giving them the care they need and deserve. I’ve been in the Asheville dog business since 2017 starting with shelters, moved on to doggie daycare, and ended up in grooming salons where I’ve found the passion to eventually become a groomer in the future. Outside of pampering furry friends in the salon, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, and watching tv or reading .

Shilo

K9 Cleanliness Specialist

Hi! I’m Shiloh. I’m a Connecticut native and an Asheville transplant; I fell hard in love with these mountains in 2019 and this has been home ever since. I’ve been in the animal industry for about six years and I hope to be for many, many more! Animals have been my greatest joy my whole life, but I am an avid dog lover above all else. It’s an honor to freshen up your sweet pups, they won’t leave my tub less than sparkling! When I’m not at work, I enjoy cooking, gaming, and spending time with creatures of all shapes and sizes.

Taylor

K9 Cleanliness Specialist

My love of animals started as a kid, surrounded by cats and dogs! My first job was pet sitting in my neighborhood, and I’ve been working with animals ever since. I was a professional pet care provider for three years, before going into doggy daycare for two years, and am happy to now be pampering your pups at the grooming salon! When I’m not loving on your pups, I am snuggling my two cats with my nose in a book.
